HOLIDAYS

I've been extremely fortunate to have been able to travel overseas to many wonderful different locations over my lifetime. In this section I've shared photos from my most recent holidays.

It seems appropriate to mention here that since the Covid-19 pandemic, which curtailed other planned overseas adventures, and due to my increased awareness about climate change, my attitude towards future holiday plans has altered. Whilst flying may only contribute to climate change by a small percentage, it still is a factor and something we as individuals do have control over.

For me, choosing to fly less and looking at other ways to enjoy travelling in a more environmentally friendly way has been a crucial step forward. I feel positive and empowered by taking responsbility for my own actions. I don't see how I can expect anyone else to change if I'm not willing to change myself!
